WorkSource Atlanta has the responsibility to conduct all activities and meetings under this Agreement in compliance with the provisions of the Georgia Open Meeting Laws and the Sunshine Provision requirement in 29 U.S.C. § 3111(g), proposed 20 CFR 679.140, and O.C.G.A. §§ 50-14 and §§ 50-18.

Executive Committee members only.
The officers of the Board (Chair and Vice-Chair) and the officers of each committee (Chair and Co-Chair) shall constitute the members of the Executive Committee.
The Chair-appointed Parliamentarian shall serve as an Ex-Officio member of the Executive Committee but shall not have voting privileges or be included in the count for a quorum.
